Effective Classroom Management: Plan, Engage, and Cultivate Responsibility
Effective classroom management is not just having a classroom where all students are properly behaving, sitting in nice neat rows, and maintaining a quiet atmosphere at all times. A well managed classroom can be a classroom where all students are actively engaged in learning which leaves no time for misbehavior. Each student takes responsibility for his/her learning; the teacher facilitates, encourages, conferences, and motivates. This dream classroom didn't just happen. The effective classroom teacher learns about her students, plans accordingly, and maintains flexibility patience to make changes when necessary for the beneficial learning of each student. Impossible? No. Join us in this workshop to add to your toolbox as an effective and dedicated teacher.
